Mayor of The City of Austin, will keynote the Smart Cities session on September 6 at 1pm. The event will be held at the JW Marriott downtown Austin TX. We expect 600 people in-person. Austin is the state capital of Texas, an inland city bordering the Hill Country region. Austin is center of the high-tech industry in Texas with Apple, Dell, Oracle, Tesla and many other present. Austin is also known for its live-music scene centered around country, blues and rock. Its many parks and lakes are popular for hiking, biking, swimming and boating. South of the city, Formula One’s Circuit of the Americas raceway has hosted the United States Grand Prix since 2012.
